Description
This is a reproduction cowl of the Beercat made by MidWest kits. we use a combination of 2~6 ounce e-weave fiberglass and west systems epoxy and 3m filllers to produce a high quality scale product. Please note that as in any non-bagged fiberglass process, minor imperfections such as fiberglass overlaping areas and brush marks may show through from the inside as can be seen in the picture.

The Midwest Beercat is a scale model biplane kit designed for .40 to .60 CID glow engines. It’s part of Midwest’s Livewire trainer series and is known for being realistic, quick-building, and economical. The Beercat has a wingspan of 47 inches and a wing area of 840 square inches, making it a smooth handling, fine-performing airplane capable of all maneuvers. It’s designed to be easy to fly and land, with excellent ground handling.
