Description

This is a reproduction cowl for the Champion Citabria made by MidWest kits. we use a combination of 2~6 ounce e-weave fiberglass and west systems epoxy and 3m filllers to produce a high quality scale product. Please note that as in any non-bagged fiberglass process, minor imperfections such as fiberglass overlaping areas and brush marks may show through from the inside as can be seen in the picture.

The Midwest Citabria is a scale model aircraft kit of the Champion Citabria, a popular aerobatic trainer and utility aircraft. It’s known for its large, flat-bottomed wing which makes it easy and gentle to fly, perfect for loops, rolls, hammerheads, Immelman turns, and spins. The kit typically includes balsa wood, plywood, and light-ply wood parts, and is designed for .40 to .60 CID glow engines.
