Description
This is a reproduction cowl for the Fly Baby made by Balsa USA. we use a combination of 2~6 ounce e-weave fiberglass and west systems epoxy and 3m filllers to produce a high quality scale product. Please note that as in any non-bagged fiberglass process, minor imperfections such as fiberglass overlaping areas and brush marks may show through from the inside as can be seen in the picture.

The Balsa USA 1/3 Scale Fly Baby is a scale model aircraft kit of the Fly Baby, a homebuilt, single-seat, open-cockpit, wood and fabric low-wing monoplane designed by Peter M. Bowers. The kit includes balsa wood, bass wood, and plywood parts, and is designed for 2.1 to 3.5 cubic inch or 35 to 60cc engines. It features ailerons, elevator, rudder, and throttle controls for precise maneuvering. The model has a wingspan of 88 inches, a fuselage length of 75 inches, and a height of 29 inches. It also comes with full-size plans, a photo instruction book, jig & die-cut parts, pre-bent wire landing gear and cabane struts, and an ABS plastic cowl
